Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mr Security purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it is not working properly, please contact us within 30 days, and we'll help you with a return or exchange.

All Items Purchased May be Returned For A Refund Within 15 Days

To return a product for a refund, please call Customer Service at (866) 677-3287 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please follow these instructions regarding product returns:

  • Be sure to ship your return via a tracked carrier, within 10 days. RMA's are valid for 10 days. You will be provided a prepaid shipping label only when an item is defective.
  • Please provide us with the carrier and tracking code as soon as possible.
  • Send your item in a shipping box with an RMA clearly affixed to the outside. Without the RMA, your return may not be processed.

  • Re-pack the product with ALL of its parts, accessories, and manuals to avoid restocking fees. Please pack the items to prevent damage in transit and keep the product's packaging in its original condition.

  • For your protection, please delete all personal data on products with SD cards, mini/micro SDs, and internal memory from any exchanged or returned products. BrickHouse Security cannot be held responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • A refund will be provided through a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Items May Be Exchanged For Store Credit Within 30 Days

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for credit towards another product from Mr Security. Store credit not redeemed within 60 days from original purchase is subject to forfeiture. Please follow the instructions above regarding obtaining a RMA and shipping. Items purchased using store credit must be placed by calling Customer Service.

90-Day Product Warranty

All items purchased from Mr Security are warranted to be free from defect and will be repaired or replaced if found to be be defective within 90 days of purchase. Please call Customer Service to file a warranty claim.

Exclusions To Return Policy

Certain products, except in the case of defect, may not be returned. These include:

  • Items that are used or damaged: If item or item packaging is no longer in a new, pristine condition, we cannot accept the return
  • Single-Use Devices: Items purchased for one-time use cannot be returned after the product has been used. These include GPS tracking devices, bug and camera detectors
  • Software & Services: Software; activation and monthly service fees; and shipping charges are all non-refundable.
  • Potentially Contaminated/Exposed Products: i.e. Ear Pieces
  • Items that have been installed cannot be returned: i.e. Hardwired GPS Tracker
  • Items That Must be Returned in Original, Unopened Packaging: Pepper spray; fluid detection kits
  • Other Products: Made-to-order/custom-built hidden cameras and physically damaged items
